How does it identify visitors without a form fill?

IP resolution against the Customers.ai identity graph. When a visitor lands on a page you publish with Leadpages, their IP is matched in real time to a known company, professional contact, and ICP record. No forms, no gated content, no third-party cookies.

Is this GDPR and CCPA compliant?

Yes. B2B identity resolution uses publicly available professional data and B2B firmographic records. Visitor Intelligence does not track personal browsing across sites, does not target consumer households, and does not store cookies for cross-site tracking. Customers.ai is the upstream identity provider and is GDPR / CCPA compliant.

What happens at my monthly identification limit?

Your pages keep working. Traffic, A/B testing, and analytics continue as normal. New identifications pause until the next billing month or you upgrade the tier. Return visitors are not double-counted — they don't consume a new credit when they come back.

Do I need to install a pixel or tag manager?
